This Policy describes how Orchevia handles personal data collected on this website, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Who processes the data
Orchevia does not yet have its own CNPJ. For now, the controller of data submitted through this website is TAB — Viribus Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., CNPJ 32.490.269/0001-90.

2. What we collect
Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, type (Industry or Distributor), intention, need, and whether you requested a demo.
In the anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), Cloudflare processes technical data about the visit.
The calculator runs in your browser and does not send revenue or margin figures to Orchevia.
3. How we use the data
To reply to your request, understand commercial interest, and register the lead in the TAB commercial CRM. We do not sell this data.
4. Who we share with
TAB (commercial CRM), Cloudflare (anti-bot) and the provider that hosts the site. Only what is needed to operate the contact request.
5. Legal basis (LGPD)
Consent when you submit the form, and legitimate interest in replying and following up commercially.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as there is a commercial conversation, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep the record.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, update, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and information about the use of your data. Email contato@orchevia.ai.
8. Cookies
We use the minimum needed for the site to work and for the anti-bot check. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Updates
If this Policy changes, the new version will appear on this page.
